Benefits of Group Work
Community, Connection & Transformation
Group work is where the magic of collaboration truly shines. It's a space where kindred spirits come together, forging connections, and forming a supportive community that's like a beacon of inspiration. Here, we share not only our dreams but also the collective wisdom to turn them into reality.
Studies have shown that group work empowers people to:
Shed Isolation. In the embrace of community, you'll feel seen, heard, and understood.
Find Confidence. As you share your experiences, challenges, and victories, your belief in yourself and your ability will grow.
Engage in Self-Discovery. Through the collective journey, you'll discover much, much more about yourself.

Unlock your full potential through group work
Benefits my clients really appreciate:
Confidentiality
Every participant is required to sign a confidentiality agreement. We practice: “What’s learned here, leaves here. What’s said here, stays here.”
Designed Alliance
At the beginning of every session we “design our alliance” by establishing group ground rules on how we want to work together.
You Choose
You don’t have to speak if you don’t want to. Many people get a lot out of group work simply by listening. Everyone learns differently and we respect those differences.
Non-Closure
We practice non-closure: we may not have time for you to fully express yourself or have an issue fully resolved.
Bottom Line
In order to create an equitable environment, I may interrupt you to ask for a “bottom line” so no one person dominates the group. We hold space for each other by making space.
Asynchronous Communication
Between sessions, we use Slack (or an alternative form of comms) to stay connected between meetings; sharing victories and getting support.
